Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Customized or made-to-order items.

Items that are damaged, used, or incomplete due to reasons not caused by us.

Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
